Has a staff member ever double booked a boat, mooring, or a slip? Or forgotten to charge for a rental, a slip fee, or a fuel fill? How much does it cost you in employee man-hours and benefits just to process your credit card charges every month? The concept behind the MarinaRSVP system was to design a cost effective system that automated these and many other processes while making them easy-to-use.

 

We talked to owners of marinas large and small about what they wanted in a system. Then we talked to boaters and asked them what they liked, disliked, and wanted from their marinas. We also talked to industry pros about emerging trends like online reservations and rentals. Finally we analyzed every marina management system that we could. We looked at what they did right, what they didn't, and how each function could be improved.

 

Then we studied reservation systems, rental and sales systems, fuel management systems, POS and eCommerce systems, marina parts and service systems, and a whole lot more. In every instance we again analyzed what was done right, what was not, and how each could be improved and made easier to use.

 

When we were finished we combined everything we had learned in the process into the most feature rich, yet easy-to-use online marina management system available. That's the concept behind the MarinaRSVP system. And we have not stopped. We are still listening, analyzing, refining and incorporating added services.
