Our Base System

 

 

The Base MarinaRSVP System includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. A Drop-Down Web-Based User Interface that includes html embedded links to:

 

 

2. An Online Boat Slip/Storage Rental System that allows online users and marina staff to:

 

 

3. An Automated Billing and Accounts Receivable Management System that operates each and every day and analyzes your marina's accounts receivable from mooring/slip/storage rentals, finds those accounts whose bills are due in five days, then sends each of those customers a courtesy notice informing them that their credit card on file will be charged in five days and asking them to ensure that their data is correct so as to prevent any billing errors. Five days later, the MarinaRSVP system automatically charges their card for the proper amount and sends the marina’s accounting department, the marina manager, as well as the customer, a confirmation email of what was charged and why. For daily and weekly customers, the auto-processing function is the same it just does not include the courtesy reminder. In addition, our MarinaRSVP system will also provide your firms accounting department and marina managers with an additional daily report listing all charges that did not go through;

 

 

4. Basic Staff Administration Module which uses a simple clickable interface to determine exactly which privileges, reports, and data any staff member has access to. Like the MarinaRSVP system itself, and all of our other modules, it is infinitely configurable yet easy to use;

 

 

5. Staff Tasks Module which allows certain marina staff (selectable by the marina’s administration staff) to receive and track daily assignments from the MarinaRSVP system, administrators, qualified staff, and/or members/customers;

 

 

6. A Lockdown Report for marina managers showing which slips and renters are not current, which need to be locked down, and which are currently locked down;

 

 

7. A Daily Reports Menu that allows the marina manager to print various required daily reports showing such things as haul-in requests, haul-out requests, VIP service requests, transfer requests, and more;

 

 

8. Documents Module which allows marina staff (selectable by the marina’s administration staff) to cut-and-paste almost any formatted offline document in to the MarinaRSVP system, view it, edit it, and display/disburse it from the MarinaRSVP system. Think about taking a slip rental contract from your local computer, clicking select all, click copy, switch to your MarinaRSVP system document editor, click paste, enter a name, insert placeholders (i.e. first name, last name, boat name, etc.) make the changes that you want, click save, and have it instantly available to your customers…or auto-filled with the clients information and sent to them when they request it;

 

 

9. Full-Time Internet Access for managers and pertinent employees use (subject to security level assigned) to gain access to their respective tasks from any computer anywhere in the world at any time; and

 

 

10. Training and Minor Modifications for the first 60 days.

 

MarinaRSVP's base system is strong enough to manage slip and storage rentals or leases, transient rentals, schedule fuel fills and top waxing, automatically prepare invoices and handle the charges for all of your yacht club's, boat club's, or marina's membership dues and charges, and so much more.
