Our Premium Membership System Upgrade

 

Our premium Membership System Upgrade includes all of the items from our Base System plus the following enhancements:

 

1. An Online Membership Request System that allows online users to:

A Members/Customers Tracking Module which includes but is not limited to: Last Name, First Name, Membership/ID Number, Photo ID, Signature ID, Spouse’s Name, Anniversary Date, Birth Date, multiple address blocks, Email Address, preferred communication type (email, mail, fax), preferred credit card type, credit card number, credit card security code, credit card billing address, multiple boat/slip/storage/rental/dues charges and due dates, credit limit, funds available, previous purchases, family members, business associates, and more;

3. A Member’s Boat(s) Module which tracks a member’s/customer’s boat information such as Name, Model, Type, Year, LOA, Beam, Draught, Weight, Seating, Colors, Registration Number, Registration Expiration, Insurance Coverage, Insurance Expiration, Photo, and more. Multi-boat capable;

 

4. A Member’s Slip(s) Module which tracks a member’s/customer’s slip information such as Slip Number, Slip Dues, Slip Billing Date, Contract Start Date, Contract End Date, Slip Height/Beam/LOA/Draught, Slip Covered / Uncovered, Boat Name, Boat Type, Boat Model, Boat Colors, Boat Registration Number, and more. Multi-slip capable. Optionally available for integration is our Slip Transfer Request Module, Sublet My Slip Module, and Non-Renewing Slip Rental Module;

A Member’s Storage Module which tracks a member’s/customer’s rack/stack/storage/lot information such as Storage Number, Storage Dues, Storage Billing Date, Contract Start Date, Contract End Date, Storage Height/Beam/LOA, Storage Rack/Stack/Enclosed/Lot, Boat Name, Boat Type, Boat Model, Boat Colors, Boat Registration Number, and more. Multiple storage location capable. Optionally available for integration is our Storage Transfer Request Module, Sublet My Storage Module, and Non-Renewing Storage Rental Module;

 

6. A Member’s Decals/Permits Module which tracks a member’s/customer’s security decals, permits, and passes. In addition to printing parking/ramp/access passes, it also tracks Decal/Permit/Pass Number, Contract Start Date, Contract End Date, Contract Fees, Contract Fee Due Date(s), Automobile Manufacturer, Automobile Make, Automobile Model, Color, License Plate Number, Registered Owner, Registered Address, Registered Owner, Contact Information, Relationship to Member, and more;

 

7. Member Notes Module which allows a member or customer to send/track notes to specific marina staff (selectable by the marina’s administration staff) and receive personalized response from that staff member or department;

8. Integrated Member/Customer Comments Module which allows marina staff (selectable by the marina’s administration staff) to enter/track comments made about any marina member/customer. This data is viewable only by authorized marina staff; and

9. Member/Customer Preferences Module which allows marina staff (selectable by the marina’s administration staff) to enter/track a member’s/customer’s preferences on a multitude of different items to help ensure better service and retention. This data is viewable only by authorized marina staff.
